Reasonable Accommodation

The Company is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, and other laws that prohibit discrimination and retaliation against qualified individuals with disabilities. The Company will provide, upon request, a reasonable accommodation to a qualified individual with a disability to allow him or her to perform the essential functions of the job held or sought, unless the accommodation would create an undue hardship for the Company.

All requests for reasonable accommodation, whether written or oral, must provide (i) the specific accommodation requested; (ii) an explanation of the limitation for which the accommodation is needed; and (iii) a description of how the accommodation will allow the individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the job that he or she seeks or currently holds. An individual may be required to submit medical documentation to provide greater detail regarding the limitations on the individual’s ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
